about us

Calm lake with two long wooden piers extending into the water, surrounded by lush greenery and distant hills under a cloudy blue sky.

At Central Coast Training, we believe real skills come from real experience.

Founded by industry professionals with decades of hands-on work across construction, mining, civil, and demolition, we are dedicated to building Australia’s next generation of skilled, safety-conscious workers. Our trainers have lived the realities of high-risk industries and bring that practical knowledge directly into the classroom and worksite.

We know what employers look for because we’ve been there ourselves. Our mission is simple: deliver straightforward, high-quality training that empowers people to work confidently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

our experience

Our team combines over 40 years of practical, frontline experience in high-risk work environments — from dogging and rigging to operating and erecting tower cranes.

We have worked across some of Australia’s most challenging and dynamic sectors, including mining operations, large-scale civil construction, steel erection, and major demolition projects.

Our trainers and assessors are not just teachers — they are active industry practitioners, bringing the latest safety standards, compliance regulations, and real-world skills into every course. Whether you're starting your career or upskilling for your next move, Central Coast Training provides the foundation for lasting success.
